Accident Files
IIChE-VIT under SaFest 2.0, presents to you ‘Accident Files', where participants not only get to test their knowledge on Domestic and Industrial safety but also indulge in some friendly competition and fun. During round 1, a participant's quick thinking will be tested with a fast-paced game on quizizz, where one must imagine themselves in the scenario given and choose the best option to find their way out of it. Round 2 will test their memory, where they must flip all cards and match each pair of equipment with their hazards.
Bid-o-Alchemy 2.0:
Bid-O-Alchemy 2.0, a virtual bidding competition of 2 rounds to test the knowledge on safety aspects in a chemical industry and also thinking and planning abilities. Round 1, a preliminary round, is held on 26th November at 5:00 pm on the Dare2Compete platform. Top 15 qualifying teams will be moved to round 2, a thrilling bidding round which will be held on the Google Meet platform on 28th November at 2:00 pm.
Squid Game 2.0
IIChE VIT under SaFest 2.0 presents, “Squid games”, an intriguing 3 round event that explores the knowledge of participants on "chemicals and its hazards". A preliminary maze round, “Honey Comb Maze” will be held on 25th November 2021 at 6 pm on Google forms, followed by "Tug of War", an exhilarating Pictionary round, on 28th November at 11 am on zoom. The qualifiers will play the remarkable quizzing finale, “Red light green light''.
Escape Room
IIChE-VIT is proud to unveil ‘Escape Room’, as a part of SaFest 2.0! A fun and knowledge-packed event wherein the participants will have to count on their Safety and Hazard awareness to navigate through an escape room experience based on a process plant simulation. Find keys to doors, unlock safes, walk into mysterious doors and fix the problem in time!
Safe-A-Thon 2.0
IIChE VIT presents to you an exciting and challenging event Safe-a-Thon 2.0 on 26th November wherein the participants will have to provide a detailed solution to the problems faced in the industry in terms of safety and hazard prevention. It will consist of two rounds, namely abstract submission and presentation round.
